We accept service of process in connection with legal matters before Maricopa County Superior Court via eService, provided that such service complies with the applicable rules and laws governing electronic service of process. 

Mediation and Arbitration

Before resorting to formal legal action, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution through our customer service team. If we cannot resolve the issue informally, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before initiating any litigation.

Immediate Termination:
