Your Judgment in the Field. One Standard for the Record.
Every successful service begins with a person who understands the responsibility of the assignment. Someone who knows the jurisdiction, evaluates the circumstances, performs lawful service, and records exactly what happened.
Technology can organize an assignment. Systems can coordinate documents and information. But the work itself depends on the professional standing at the door.
The Process Server is building relationships with qualified field professionals who understand that legal service is more than document delivery.
We welcome inquiries from independent process servers interested in potential assignments and from qualified professionals who want to be considered for dedicated field opportunities where those positions become available.
Our objective is to align local execution knowledge with clear assignment expectations, lawful service methods, and accurate documentation.
Local Expertise · Professional Independence · Lawful Execution · Truthful Documentation
Opportunity notice: Expressing interest does not guarantee approval, employment, assignment availability, or a particular level of compensation. No position is represented as open unless a specific vacancy has been authorized and posted.
OUR FIELD PHILOSOPHY
The Person Serving the Papers Matters.
Professional service of process cannot be reduced to a name on a directory. Two process servers may work in the same county and encounter the same legal requirements, yet bring very different experience, judgment, and documentation practices to the assignment.
The Process Server believes the quality of field execution matters just as much as the ability to coordinate a request. A service assignment should be evaluated with attention to the correct jurisdiction, the documents being served, the legally authorized recipient, the applicable method, the actual address, and any relevant deadline.
No two recipients or service locations are exactly alike. That is why field judgment matters.
Every assignment is weighed against the same questions
The correct jurisdiction.
The documents being served.
The legally authorized recipient.
The applicable service method.
The actual service address.
Any relevant deadline.
The professional’s qualifications.
Accurate reporting.
Appropriate final proof.
What We Are Building Toward
A scalable process-serving business that can work with qualified independent professionals where that model is appropriate, while developing dedicated field operations in selected markets where sustained demand supports them.
Those models are different. Independent professionals operate their own businesses under properly structured relationships. Employees work under employment arrangements with the applicable duties, supervision, compensation, and legal protections.
Both require integrity. Both require lawful execution. Both require truthful documentation.
Our operating principle
Standardize the integrity of the outcome. Respect the professional and legal requirements of the person performing the work.
Our long-term field strategy includes two distinct approaches. Each is subject to actual operational requirements, local law, and available opportunities.
PATHWAY 01
Independent process servers
Build a Professional Field Relationship
For qualified professionals operating independently and interested in being considered for assignments within their service areas.
Independent process servers may maintain their own businesses, clients, and professional relationships, subject to applicable agreements and law. Relationships may be reviewed based on territory, qualifications, experience, lawful operating authority, and assignment demand.
Potential areas of interest
Civil summons and complaints.
Subpoenas.
Family court documents.
Qualifying eviction-related papers.
Business and registered-agent service.
Other legally eligible documents.
Standard scheduling.
Rush requests where available.
Time-sensitive assignments where appropriate.
Rural and remote service.
Recurring litigation work.
Each assignment requires its own review and acceptance. No exclusive territory, minimum volume, or assignment guarantee is implied.
Certain geographic markets may eventually support dedicated field positions where assignment volume, operational needs, and lawful employment arrangements justify that investment.
Such positions may differ substantially from independent contractor opportunities. A dedicated field role could involve employment-based scheduling, operational responsibilities, reporting, and supervision under the applicable employment arrangement.
Potential areas of responsibility
Assigned geographic coverage.
Service-of-process execution.
Accurate attempt documentation.
Time-sensitive assignment handling.
Court-compliant proof preparation.
Local service coordination.
Professional client and recipient interactions.
Employment opportunities are available only when a specific position has been authorized and posted. An expression of interest is not an application for a currently open position unless an actual vacancy and formal hiring process have been established.
Both pathways are described as potential relationships. Neither the page nor an inquiry creates a roster position, a territory right, or a promise of future work.
THE FIELD PROFESSIONALS WE WANT TO MEET
Professionals Who Understand the Responsibility.
We welcome inquiries from individuals whose experience and qualifications align with professional service of process.
Certified or Registered Process Servers
Professionals holding current certification, registration, licensing, or other credentials where those are required.
Established Independent Servers
Individuals who already operate a process-serving business or provide lawful service for other clients.
Experienced Civil Process Professionals
Individuals with documented professional experience and a strong understanding of the rules applicable to their jurisdictions.
Servers in Underserved Locations
Qualified professionals familiar with rural counties, outlying communities, or other locations where lawful local execution may require specialized geographic knowledge.
Professionals Interested in Recurring Litigation Work
Servers who have experience with consistent documentation and recurring civil case assignments.
Qualified Individuals Exploring Dedicated Work
Professionals interested in future employment opportunities where actual positions become available.
What About Someone New to Process Serving?
Individuals considering the profession may submit an inquiry. However, The Process Server does not represent that it currently operates a nationwide certification academy, paid training programme, apprenticeship, or entry-level hiring system.
Eligibility and training requirements vary by jurisdiction. A person may perform assignments only when legally qualified and properly authorized for the work.
THE STANDARD BEHIND EVERY ASSIGNMENT
Eight Principles of Professional Service
Process serving is a legal function with real consequences. A poorly documented attempt can create avoidable questions. An improper service method can delay a proceeding. A fabricated affidavit can undermine the integrity of the judicial process.
01
Know the Governing Requirements
Understand the applicable rules, court instructions, service method, and recipient qualifications before attempting an assignment. Do not assume procedures are identical in every jurisdiction.
02
Respect the Recipient
Treat the person receiving legal papers with professionalism and dignity. Do not use threats, harassment, unlawful intimidation, or unnecessary confrontation.
03
Perform Lawful Service
Use only methods authorized under the governing law and assignment instructions. Do not trespass, impersonate law enforcement, unlawfully enter property, or use prohibited methods.
04
Record What Actually Happened
Accurately document service attempts, including relevant dates, times, locations, observations, and outcomes. Do not invent attempts, times, recipients, conversations, or observations.
05
Protect Confidential Information
Court papers and recipient information may contain sensitive personal data. Access, use, store, and transmit assignment information only for authorized purposes through appropriate channels.
06
Communicate Material Developments
Provide factual updates through the agreed reporting process. Identify address problems, access restrictions, material discrepancies, or situations that require reassessment.
07
Prepare Truthful Final Documentation
Successful service must be documented accurately. Unsuccessful service must not be presented as completed service. Applicable sworn affidavits, returns, or diligence records must reflect the actual facts and governing requirements.
08
Exercise Professional Judgment & Prioritize Safety
Recognize when a situation requires withdrawal, additional instructions, a different authorized approach, or appropriate emergency assistance. No assignment justifies unlawful conduct or unreasonable personal danger.
Our standard
Serving courts with integrity, clients with diligence, and individuals with dignity.
This applies to the company, its personnel, and every appropriately accepted field relationship.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Service Is an Act. Proof Is the Record.
Professional service of process requires more than reaching an address. The executing professional may need to identify the correct person, determine whether the proposed method is authorized, recognize circumstances affecting service, and record the facts supporting the outcome.
The Person
Who was the intended recipient? Who actually received the documents? Was that person legally permitted to accept service under the relevant procedure?
The Location
Where did the attempt or completed service occur? Were there relevant access conditions or restrictions?
The Method
Was the service method authorized for the particular documents and proceeding?
The Timing
When did the attempt occur? Was the date and time recorded accurately?
The Outcome
Was service completed? Was the attempt unsuccessful? What facts support the conclusion?
The Documentation
Can the executing server truthfully attest to the facts contained in the applicable affidavit or return?
The Professional Difference
A professional process server does not claim success merely because documents reached a building. Nor does the server transform an unsuccessful attempt into a completed service event.
The factual record must reflect the actual work.
GEOGRAPHIC EXPERTISE
Tell Us Where You Actually Work.
A service territory should reflect the areas a professional can lawfully and realistically cover. It should not be based on a vague promise to handle an entire state without considering distance, scheduling, jurisdictional qualifications, or workload.
State Coverage
Identify the states in which you are qualified and legally permitted to perform relevant service.
County Coverage
Identify the counties where you regularly operate.
City Coverage
Identify the cities and surrounding communities that are practical for your field work.
ZIP Code Familiarity
ZIP codes may help describe a preferred service area, but they do not independently determine legal authorization or guarantee an assignment.
Rural & Remote Locations
If you regularly work in rural, remote, or difficult-to-reach areas, identify those locations and any relevant travel considerations.
Adjacent Markets
If you can accept assignments beyond your usual territory, explain the conditions under which that would be feasible.
Important boundaries
Expressing interest in a territory does not create exclusive rights to that territory.
It does not guarantee assignments in every ZIP code or county.
It does not automatically authorize service in a jurisdiction where a credential, appointment, or other qualification is required.
Geographic philosophy
Local knowledge is valuable when it supports lawful execution, realistic scheduling, and reliable documentation.
GEOGRAPHIC EXECUTION
National Ambition. Local Professional Judgment.
An address in a downtown office tower is not the same as a rural residence. An apartment building with controlled access is not the same as an open commercial property. A registered-agent request is not the same as personal service on an individual.
Metropolitan Areas
High-density service environments may involve controlled access, business-hour scheduling, multi-unit buildings, and recurring litigation assignments.
Suburban Areas
Different neighbourhood layouts, gated communities, and residential scheduling patterns may affect field work.
Rural Areas
Greater travel distances, limited service opportunities, and dispersed addresses require realistic scope and scheduling decisions.
Specialized Recipients
Businesses, government entities, protected persons, and particular court matters can require additional procedural considerations.
The right fit
A professional should identify where their qualifications, geographic knowledge, and actual availability align with potential assignments. Reliable coverage begins with qualified people and realistic commitments.
What we do not promise
A fixed number of assignments by county.
An exclusive ZIP code or territory ownership.
Automatic state-level approval.
A particular number of daily or weekly jobs.
National work availability to every applicant.
FROM OPPORTUNITY TO FIELD WORK
Clear Expectations Before an Assignment Is Accepted
When an appropriate opportunity exists, the relevant assignment details should be reviewed before a field professional agrees to undertake the work.
01
The Assignment Is Identified
The documents, recipient, address, originating court, and relevant deadline are reviewed.
02
Qualifications Are Considered
The professional’s jurisdictional authorization, service area, and available capacity are evaluated.
03
The Proposed Scope Is Communicated
The assignment terms should identify the expected work, priority, reporting, attempts, documentation, and other material conditions.
04
Compensation Terms Are Established
Applicable compensation, payment conditions, expenses, and cancellation terms should be disclosed before acceptance.
05
The Professional Accepts or Declines
For an independent relationship, an offered assignment is not presumed accepted until the professional has affirmatively agreed under the applicable arrangement.
06
Lawful Execution Occurs
The professional performs the accepted assignment using legally authorized methods and appropriate professional judgment.
07
Results Are Reported
Attempts, completed service, or unsuccessful outcomes are documented through the agreed reporting process.
08
The Assignment Is Closed
Appropriate documentation is reviewed, outstanding questions are resolved where necessary, and compensation is administered according to the agreed terms.
Important: This workflow describes the intended standards for evaluating and handling field work. It is not a claim that a particular automated assignment marketplace, job-claiming application, territory-reservation system, or real-time dashboard is currently operating.
TRANSPARENT ASSIGNMENT TERMS
Understand the Work Before You Agree to It
Professional process servers should be able to evaluate an assignment based on clear information. The pay structure and expectations must match the actual relationship.
Independent assignment terms
Depending on the accepted agreement, relevant terms may include:
Proposed compensation.
Documents and recipients.
Geographic scope.
Scheduling priority.
Included service efforts.
Additional attempts.
Travel arrangements.
Required documentation.
Administrative requirements.
Cancellation or reassignment terms.
Payment conditions.
Applicable expenses.
Unsuccessful service
Not every assignment results in completed service. The compensation terms must explain how authorized unsuccessful service efforts are treated.
Do not assume that every unsuccessful assignment is unpaid. Do not assume successful service is guaranteed.
The agreed terms determine the applicable compensation obligations, subject to law.
Rush & emergency assignments
Additional scheduling requirements may affect the proposed compensation. Any such arrangement must be accepted under its specific terms.
Employment compensation
For an actual employee position, wages, hours, reimbursements, benefits, and other conditions must be established through the applicable employment process. An employment position should not be represented as an independent per-assignment contractor opportunity merely to avoid employment obligations.
We do not publish fictional contractor payouts, guaranteed monthly earnings, or unsupported assignment-volume projections. Compensation must be defined by a real opportunity and a lawful agreement, not by marketing promises.
DIFFERENT RELATIONSHIPS · CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional Independence Is Not the Absence of Standards
An independent process server may operate a separate business, serve other clients, establish a service area, and exercise professional judgment within applicable law and the agreed scope.
The Process Server’s interest is in legally appropriate execution, truthful reporting, confidentiality, and accurate service documentation. An independent professional is not necessarily an employee simply because assignments include specific deadlines or legal documentation requirements.
But the opposite is also true. Calling a relationship independent does not make it legally independent.
Worker classification matters
Federal and state laws examine the actual relationship. Relevant considerations can include:
Control over how work is performed.
Financial independence.
Opportunity for profit or loss.
Investment in the business.
Permanence of the relationship.
Nature of the work.
Other factors required by the governing legal standard.
Different statutes may apply different tests.
The practical rule
The agreement, compensation model, scheduling expectations, and actual operations must be consistent with the legally appropriate worker classification. Independent opportunities and employment opportunities should be evaluated and documented separately.
LEGAL ELIGIBILITY
Are You Authorized to Serve in Your Jurisdiction?
Process-server eligibility differs across the United States. Some jurisdictions impose certification, registration, licensing, appointment, or other requirements. Others permit certain qualified adults to serve particular civil documents without a separate professional process-server licence. Document type and court rules may create additional restrictions.
What we may need to verify
Legal Name and Identity
The identity of the individual who will actually perform service.
Jurisdiction
Where the professional is legally authorized to perform the requested work.
Credentials
Current certification, registration, appointment, or licensing where required.
Credential Status
Whether the credential is active and applicable to the proposed service.
Relevant Experience
Familiarity with the applicable civil procedures and document types.
Professional Conduct
Information relevant to lawful eligibility, discipline, or contractual qualification where legally appropriate.
Coverage Area
The actual geographic territory in which the professional is prepared to work.
Documentation Capability
The ability to prepare accurate records and appropriate affidavits or returns.
Other Applicable Requirements
Insurance, contractual documentation, or other qualifications where genuinely required for a particular relationship.
A process server authorized in one jurisdiction may not automatically be qualified in another. Do not assume every civil document can be served by the same person or method.
Arizona example
Arizona maintains a Private Process Server Program under the Arizona judicial branch, including Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-204. That framework is specific to Arizona and is not a universal national rule.
The initial inquiry should be straightforward. We do not need a public application containing sensitive identity documents or confidential personal information.
01
Your Name
The name of the individual interested in performing service.
02
Business Name, If Applicable
If you operate your own process-serving business, include the business name.
03
Contact Information
A professional email address and telephone number.
04
Primary Service Area
Your state, counties, cities, and geographic areas of regular operation.
05
Professional Credentials
Relevant certification, registration, appointment, or licensing information. Sensitive supporting documents can be requested through a secure process after initial review.
06
Experience
A brief description of your process-serving background, the documents you commonly handle, and your familiarity with the governing rules.
07
Preferred Relationship
Whether you are interested in independent field assignments, future dedicated employment opportunities, or both where legally appropriate.
08
Availability & Capacity
The kinds of assignments and scheduling priorities you are realistically able to consider.
09
Additional Geographic Experience
Special familiarity with rural areas, remote locations, or challenging service environments where relevant.
10
Additional Context
Anything else that would help assess a potential professional relationship.
Do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s licence scans, banking details, complete birth dates, passport information, or confidential case documents through ordinary email.
If sensitive documents become necessary for formal onboarding, an appropriately secure submission process would be used.
Submitting an inquiry does not establish employment, contractor status, a client relationship, or eligibility to receive assignments.
QUALIFICATION & RELATIONSHIP REVIEW
From Initial Interest to Potential Field Opportunities
STAGE 1
Professional Inquiry
The individual provides basic qualifications, service territories, and contact information.
STAGE 2
Eligibility Review
We evaluate whether the inquiry relates to an actual or potential operational need, which may include checking credential requirements and identifying appropriate jurisdictions.
STAGE 3
Additional Verification
Where a real opportunity exists, additional information may be requested through an authorized and secure process, such as credentials, business documentation, or other legally appropriate materials.
STAGE 4
Relationship Determination
The appropriate relationship is assessed according to the actual work and applicable law. Independent arrangements and employment arrangements follow separate approval processes.
STAGE 5
Terms & Expectations
If a qualifying opportunity can be offered, the relevant scope, compensation, documentation requirements, confidentiality responsibilities, and other terms are reviewed.
STAGE 6
Approval or Future Consideration
An individual may be approved for a specific type of relationship, remain under consideration where appropriate, or be advised that no current opportunity exists.
STAGE 7
Individual Assignment Review
For an approved independent professional, future assignments remain subject to actual availability, qualification, offered terms, and affirmative acceptance.
No automatic enrolment
An inquiry does not automatically:
Create an active contractor account.
Add a person to an approved field roster.
Provide access to confidential client cases.
Reserve a territory.
Guarantee assignments.
Establish compensation.
Create an employment relationship.
ETHICS IN THE FIELD
The Assignment Does Not Override the Law
Service of process can involve difficult conversations, uncertain addresses, and emotionally charged circumstances. Those realities do not excuse unlawful conduct.
Safety First
A professional should not expose themselves or others to unreasonable danger merely to complete an assignment.
Respect Property Rights
Do not unlawfully enter a property, force entry, or disregard applicable legal restrictions.
No False Authority
Do not impersonate law enforcement, court officers, or government officials.
No Threats or Harassment
Professional service must not involve intimidation, retaliation, or unlawful coercion.
Respect Restricted Circumstances
Protective orders, vulnerable individuals, restricted facilities, and other sensitive situations may require additional attention to the governing procedure.
No Fabricated Results
Do not invent an attempt to satisfy a deadline or obtain payment.
Honest Escalation
When a situation requires a revised plan, legal clarification, or additional authorized work, communicate the facts through the agreed process.
Human Dignity
The person receiving documents may be involved in a difficult legal situation. Their circumstances do not diminish the obligation to treat them respectfully.
Serving courts with integrity, clients with diligence, and individuals with dignity.
THE RECORD MATTERS
Every Attempt Has a Result. Every Result Must Be True.
The final record should explain what actually occurred.
Completed service
Where service is legally completed, the appropriate affidavit, return, declaration, or other required proof should identify the relevant facts.
Depending on the jurisdiction, those facts may include the recipient, location, date and time, service method, documents served, the identity and qualifications of the person serving, and other legally required details.
Unsuccessful service
When service is not completed, the appropriate non-service or diligence documentation should reflect actual attempts and relevant observations.
Supporting evidence
Where permitted and appropriate, lawful GPS data, timestamps, photographs, or other supporting information may be used. Do not assume every assignment requires or permits the same evidence.
Sworn statements
A professional must not swear to facts they did not personally observe or otherwise have a legally adequate basis to attest to.
Court forms
The issuing court or governing jurisdiction may require a specific form or execution method.
Documentation must be accurate enough to support the proceeding without pretending that the server or company controls the court’s ultimate legal determination.
SCALABLE EXECUTION
Build the Right Field Structure for the Market
Our long-term objective is to develop a field operation suited to the volume and demands of each market. Not every location needs the same model.
Independent Professional Relationships
Appropriate when qualified local businesses can perform eligible assignments under lawful, properly structured independent arrangements.
Dedicated Field Operations
May become appropriate where sustained work volume and operational economics support authorized employment positions.
Hybrid Markets
Some markets may ultimately support a combination of dedicated personnel and independent professionals under appropriately classified, separately documented relationships.
Why the distinction matters
A high-volume metropolitan region may create different operational needs from a rural county receiving occasional assignments. The correct approach depends on actual demand, qualifications, costs, legal requirements, and service obligations.
Our direction
Build operational capability around demonstrated needs.
Respect the difference between employee management and independent professional relationships.
Protect the integrity of service documentation in either model.
No premature claims: This strategy does not mean that every market already has dedicated personnel, an established contractor network, or a functioning hybrid operation. Specific operating capabilities must be verified before being represented as available.
SERVE WITH TPS FAQs
Questions About Working With The Process Server
What does Serve With TPS mean?
Serve With TPS is the professional inquiry pathway for individuals interested in potential field relationships with The Process Server, including qualifying independent opportunities and selective employment interest.
Is The Process Server hiring process servers?
Individuals may express interest in future opportunities. An employment opening exists only when a specific position has been authorized and separately posted. This page does not represent an ongoing opening in every location.
Can independent process servers work with TPS?
Qualified individuals may submit inquiries for review. Eligibility, territory, experience, available assignments, and applicable legal requirements determine whether a relationship may be appropriate.
Do I need an existing process-serving business?
Not for an initial inquiry. The requirements for a particular independent arrangement may differ from those for an employment opportunity.
Do I need to be certified?
It depends on the jurisdiction and the documents. Some states and court systems impose qualification requirements. A professional must meet the requirements applicable to the work they undertake.
Can I apply if I am new to process serving?
You may express interest, but this does not guarantee entry-level positions, training, certification support, or assignments. Legal eligibility must be established before any field work is offered.
Do you offer process-server training?
No nationwide training programme is represented as currently available through this page. Any training connected to a future opportunity would be described accurately when offered.
Can I continue working for other clients?
An appropriately classified independent professional may maintain other business relationships, subject to applicable law and the actual contractual terms. Employment arrangements may involve different obligations.
Will TPS tell me exactly how to perform every attempt?
The relationship must comply with applicable worker-classification law. Legal requirements, client instructions, agreed scope, and truthful reporting standards are essential, but control over work methods must remain consistent with the actual lawful relationship.
Do you guarantee work in my area?
No. Assignment opportunities depend on real demand, qualifications, availability, and acceptance.
Can I claim an exclusive county or ZIP code?
No exclusive territory rights are offered, and no ZIP-code claiming system is operating on this page.
Can I serve in more than one state?
Only where you are legally qualified and the relevant service method permits it. Qualifications are evaluated separately for each jurisdiction.
Can a process-serving company inquire about a business relationship?
Yes. An existing business may submit an inquiry about possible professional coordination. Any approved arrangement must identify the individuals actually performing service and comply with applicable law and contract requirements.
Can a company accept assignments on behalf of an unverified server?
Not automatically. The professional performing the legal act must be appropriately qualified and identified under the applicable operating requirements.
How are assignments offered?
Where opportunities exist, the proposed assignment and its terms are communicated through the approved operational process. This page does not claim that an automated job marketplace is active.
Am I required to accept every assignment?
Assignment terms should establish how offers are made and accepted. An inquiry alone creates no obligation to accept future work.
What types of documents may be involved?
Potential assignments may involve summonses, complaints, subpoenas, qualifying court orders, and other legally serviceable documents. The actual work depends on jurisdiction, qualifications, and available requests.
Are there rush and emergency assignments?
Time-sensitive requests may arise. Availability, legal requirements, scheduling, scope, and compensation are confirmed for each assignment individually.
How much do process servers earn?
No income or universal compensation rate is advertised here. Independent compensation is based on offered and accepted terms. Employee pay is established through actual position-specific employment arrangements.
Are unsuccessful attempts compensated?
Terms for authorized unsuccessful work are addressed in the relevant agreement or assignment offer. No universal policy is implied by submitting an inquiry.
Do I need to supply my own vehicle or equipment?
Requirements depend on the actual relationship and assignment. They should be identified in the applicable terms rather than assumed.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance requirements may depend on the relationship, client, jurisdiction, and operational policy. Any applicable requirement is disclosed before onboarding.
What documentation is expected?
Accurate records of attempts and outcomes, including any required affidavit or return of service or non-service, prepared in accordance with applicable law and the accepted assignment terms.
Can I use my own process-serving software?
The accepted relationship determines any required communication, reporting, document-security, or interoperability arrangements. No specific integration is claimed as available.
Can I substitute another process server for an assignment?
Not without satisfying applicable legal requirements and obtaining any necessary approval under the accepted arrangement. The person who actually serves the documents must be properly authorized and accurately identified.
Can I serve international assignments?
International service requires destination-specific legal authorization and operational review. Domestic credentials do not automatically permit service abroad.
How do I submit my credentials?
Begin with basic professional information. Sensitive identity, tax, or credential documents would be collected only through an appropriate secure onboarding process if needed.
Is there a guaranteed response time?
No specific review timeline is guaranteed. Inquiries are evaluated according to actual operational availability.
Does expressing interest make me part of the network?
No. An inquiry is not approval, employment, contractor engagement, territory authorization, or acceptance of a specific assignment.
What makes a strong inquiry?
Demonstrated jurisdictional knowledge, lawful qualifications, accurate documentation, realistic service coverage, professional communication, and sound field judgment.
