Arizona-based · Nationwide coordination · Intake available 24/7
At a glance
Intake is available online 24/7. Review, quoting and dispatch happen during coordination hours, and rush or emergency requests are handled in the order they are accepted.
Before dispatch
Five details are enough to review an assignment. If something is missing, we tell you what to add rather than guessing.
The documents to be served. The summons, complaint, subpoena, notice or petition as filed, including any exhibits the court requires to be served with it.
The service address. Street address with apartment, suite or lot number, and any gate code or access detail you already have.
The defendant. Full name, and whether it is an individual, a registered business, a trust or an estate.
The court and case. The court named on your documents and the case number, so the affidavit is prepared for the authority that issued them.
Your deadline. The hearing date or filing deadline. It decides whether standard, rush or emergency coordination fits.
Pricing is confirmed before dispatch
Every request is reviewed before it is quoted. You approve the scope and price first, and nothing is attempted until an assignment is accepted.Service options
The documentation standard is the same at every option. What changes is dispatch priority and how quickly coordination begins.
Documented multi-attempt service with a filing-ready affidavit.
Priority dispatch and accelerated attempt scheduling.
Immediate coordination for time-critical court deadlines.
Dispatch timing does not guarantee completion. Completion depends on defendant access, address conditions, and the requirements of the issuing court. How pricing is determined
Five steps
From your initial request to documented results, each assignment follows a clear process. The final documentation depends on whether service is completed.
Documents to be served, the service address with any unit or suite, the defendant name and type, the court named on the filing, and your deadline.
The request is reviewed and you are given scope, pricing and available scheduling before any attempt is made.
Each attempt is recorded with date, time, address description, access conditions and outcome, including attempts where no contact was made. You hear the result as it happens.
If personal service does not succeed, we advise on what the rules allow next, including substitute or alternative service, and what the attempt record supports.
When service is completed, a signed, sworn affidavit of service documents the applicable recipient, date, time, location and method of service. When service is unsuccessful, a signed, sworn affidavit of non-service or due diligence documents the attempts, circumstances, findings and unsuccessful outcome. Both are executed under penalty of perjury and prepared in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction's execution and filing requirements.
You hear each attempt result
Attempt results are reported as they happen, whether or not contact was made. If an address or access detail is wrong, you learn that on the first attempt rather than at the end of the assignment.Documents
Service has to be completed in the way the issuing court requires, including what accompanies the papers. The guides below cover the document types we handle most often in Arizona; the method for other states follows that state's rules.

Coverage
We are Arizona-based and coordinate assignments in other states. Nationwide coverage is confirmed at intake: we check that the assignment can be placed in that jurisdiction before quoting, and tell you if it cannot.
Home state
International service may involve treaties and foreign legal requirements. It is outside our standard service offering and requires separate review.
Proof
Every assignment closes with a signed, sworn affidavit. Which affidavit you receive depends on whether someone was actually served, and the attempt log behind it supports the record either way.
Service completed
When a person is served, you receive a signed, sworn affidavit of service stating who was served and the date, time, address and method used. It is executed under penalty of perjury and prepared in the form the court that issued your documents expects, so it can be filed.
Service not completed
When service is not completed, you receive a signed, sworn affidavit of non-service or due diligence recording the attempts and the findings: date, time, address attempted, access conditions such as a locked gate or building, what was observed and whether anyone answered. The attempt log supports it but does not replace it. It does not establish completed service and does not by itself authorize alternative service.
Every attempt is recorded, including attempts where no contact was made. Nothing is reported as served unless it was served.
FAQ
What customers ask before a first assignment is opened.
Send the documents, the service address, the defendant name and type, the court named on the filing and your deadline through the request form. We review the assignment and confirm pricing and available scheduling. Nothing is dispatched until you approve the scope and price.
Summonses and complaints, subpoenas, eviction notices and unlawful detainer papers, divorce and family court filings, protective orders, small claims, garnishments and post-judgment enforcement documents. If a document has to be delivered to a party or witness, it can usually be served; we confirm the method the issuing court requires.
Price depends on the jurisdiction, the address type and access, how urgent the assignment is, and the proof format the court expects. You receive a firm quote before dispatch, so the scope and price are settled before any attempt is made. The pricing page explains what moves the number.
Yes. Rush puts the assignment at the front of the dispatch queue and begins attempts as soon as it is accepted. Emergency coordination is for deadlines that are already close, with direct coordinator contact and same-day coordination where it is operationally available. Priority changes how quickly coordination begins; it cannot guarantee that a defendant will be located or served.
You receive a signed, sworn affidavit of non-service or due diligence recording what was tried and what was observed. Where the address looks stale, skip tracing or address verification can be added before further attempts. Where personal service keeps failing, we explain what the rules allow next, including substitute or alternative service, and what your attempt record would need to support a request. Whether alternative service is granted is decided by the court.
A signed, sworn affidavit either way: an affidavit of service when someone was served, or an affidavit of non-service or due diligence when service was not completed. Both are executed under penalty of perjury, prepared for the court that issued your documents, and returned through your request with the attempt log behind them.
