Arizona roots · national reach

Start with our established service markets

Arizona is our deepest operating market. Assignments elsewhere in the United States are reviewed for qualified local execution, applicable requirements and availability before acceptance.

Arizona

Arizona — Our home market

Arizona is our deepest operating market, with commercial service pages covering major cities and county markets throughout the state. Start with the location where documents must be served, or submit a statewide assignment.

Featured national markets

Explore selected state service markets. Every assignment is reviewed against the documents, service address, applicable requirements and local execution availability before acceptance.

A featured state is a coordination destination, not a company-owned office or a standing rush guarantee.

Assignment types

One service request. Different locations and requirements.

The same intake covers every assignment, but what happens after intake depends on the recipient, the location and the rules governing service.

Individual and residential service

Homes, apartments, multifamily properties and other lawful service locations. Recipient identity, address and governing method are reviewed.

Business and registered-agent service

Corporations, LLCs and other legal entities. The authorized recipient depends on the entity, proceeding and applicable law. A front-desk employee is not universally authorized to accept every document.

Multiple recipients and interstate assignments

Cases may involve several recipients in different counties or states. Each location and recipient can require distinct coordination and final documentation. Describe the full assignment and it is reviewed as a set rather than assumed to be one automatic order per address.

Rush and deadline-sensitive assignments

Requests approaching a hearing or service deadline. Priority and feasibility are confirmed individually, with no national same-day guarantee.

Rural and hard-to-access locations

Remote properties, gated communities, restricted buildings and other locations with access constraints. Address, travel and permissible access are reviewed before acceptance.

Institutional and specialized assignments

Detention facilities, government entities, tribal lands, military facilities and other restricted environments. Specific rules, authorized recipients, operator qualifications and access permissions may apply, so these require additional review when necessary.

National coverage does not mean every service method is available in every jurisdiction. Acceptance depends on the documents, location, applicable rules and confirmed execution arrangements.

From request to documented result

How service is coordinated across jurisdictions

Five steps, the same in every market. What differs between states is who may serve, which method is permitted and what the final record must contain.

  1. Submit the assignment

Send the legal documents, named recipient, physical service address, issuing court where applicable, and deadline. The same online intake is used regardless of the state.

  2. Review jurisdiction and availability

The applicable proceeding, recipient requirements, service location, requested priority and availability of qualified local execution are reviewed. The state where papers were filed is not automatically the state where they must be served, and interstate assignments are checked against the rules governing the proceeding and the requirements at the service location. This is a scheduling and coordination review, not legal advice or a substitute for court instructions.

  3. Coordinate local execution

Once scope, pricing and availability are confirmed, the assignment is coordinated with an appropriate local process server or other legally permitted execution arrangement. Not every state mandates professional process-server licensing; where licensing, registration, appointment or other qualification is required, compliance is verified.

  4. Record attempts and evaluate next steps

Actual attempts, times, locations, relevant observations and outcomes are documented. If service is unsuccessful, permissible next steps are evaluated under the governing rules. Failed personal service is not treated as automatic authority for substitute service, and court-ordered alternative service is distinct and requires authorization where applicable.

  5. Deliver final sworn documentation

Completed service produces a signed, sworn affidavit or other legally appropriate proof identifying the recipient, time, location and method. Unsuccessful service produces a signed, sworn affidavit of non-service or due diligence documenting the actual attempts and findings. The document must comply with applicable execution, sworn-statement and filing requirements, and court acceptance is not guaranteed.

Service options

Standard, Rush and Emergency coordination

Standard, Rush and Emergency coordination are requested priorities. Feasibility, pricing and scheduling are confirmed for each assignment before dispatch.

Standard

Documented multi-attempt service with a filing-ready affidavit.

  • Scheduled through the standard dispatch queue
  • Multiple structured attempts
  • Affidavit prepared for the issuing venue

Rush

Priority scheduling

Priority dispatch and accelerated attempt scheduling.

  • Expedited queue placement, confirmed at intake
  • Attempts begin as soon as an assignment is accepted
  • Same documentation standard

Emergency

Immediate coordination for time-critical court deadlines.

  • Same-day coordination where operationally available
  • Direct coordinator contact
  • Escalation support for approaching hearings

Dispatch timing does not guarantee completion. Completion depends on defendant access, address conditions, and the requirements of the issuing court. How pricing is determined

Service availability, travel, local regulations and restricted-access procedures vary by location. Pricing and scheduling are confirmed for each assignment before dispatch. The same priority label can correspond to different feasible schedules in different markets, and no national turnaround or success outcome is guaranteed.

Documentation integrity

Know what happened. Receive the appropriate final record.

Every accepted assignment ends with a signed, sworn document. Which document depends on whether service was completed.

Completed

When service is completed

Affidavit of service

A signed, sworn affidavit records the service outcome, including the legally relevant recipient, date, time, location and method. Its format and execution must satisfy the applicable jurisdictional requirements.

Not completed

When service is not completed

Affidavit of non-service or due diligence

A signed, sworn statement records the actual attempts, observations, findings and unsuccessful outcome. It does not claim that service was completed.

Attempt logs and status updates support the final sworn documentation but do not replace it. Filing requirements, permitted forms and execution formalities vary by jurisdiction and proceeding. The documentation standard remains consistent; the legally required execution and form can differ.

Common questions

Questions about nationwide process service

Short answers to what attorneys, paralegals, property managers and self-represented litigants ask before submitting an out-of-state assignment.

Can you coordinate process serving in all 50 states?

Requests are accepted for service locations across all 50 states. Actual acceptance, qualified local execution and scheduling are confirmed for each assignment. We do not represent that we maintain staffed offices in every state.

How do I find a process server in a particular city or county?

Use the state, county and city directories, or submit the service address directly. A missing local landing page does not automatically mean an assignment cannot be coordinated.

Can you handle several recipients in different states?

Multi-location assignments can be reviewed together. Each recipient and physical address is evaluated for its own applicable requirements, scheduling and documentation. A single consolidated price or invoice is confirmed after that review rather than assumed at intake.

Do service-of-process rules differ by state?

Yes. Who may serve, authorized methods, required documentation and other procedures can differ by jurisdiction and proceeding. The assignment is reviewed against the applicable requirements before acceptance.

How fast can documents be served?

Standard, Rush and Emergency coordination are available as requested priorities. Actual scheduling depends on the location, recipient, applicable requirements, local execution availability and access conditions. Completion is not guaranteed by a requested priority.

What happens if the recipient cannot be served?

Actual attempts and findings are documented, and the customer receives appropriate final non-service or due-diligence documentation. Additional steps are evaluated according to the governing rules. Unsuccessful attempts do not automatically authorize alternative service.

Is online intake available after business hours?

Online intake is open 24/7. Requests are reviewed in the order received, and urgent deadlines should be flagged by phone. Continuous staffed review or immediate dispatch is not guaranteed.

Do you have offices in every state?

Nationwide assignments are coordinated through the operating network and appropriate local arrangements. Coverage does not mean the company maintains a physical office in each jurisdiction.
