Cities are where an attempt succeeds or fails. Building access, gate policy, and the difference between a city limit and a mailing address decide how an assignment is planned.

Why the city matters

Access, boundaries, and timing

A city name on a document is not the same thing as a court venue or a reachable door.

City ≠ county

A metro city can straddle counties, and a county contains dozens of cities. The address decides the venue, not the city name.

Building access

Lobbies, guard gates, and tenant-only floors are the most common reason an attempt fails. Each outcome is recorded.

Address reality

Postal city names do not follow municipal boundaries. An unincorporated address can carry a major city’s mailing name.

Timing

Attempt windows follow the person, not the office. Shift work, seasonal residence, and travel change when a door is answered.

Nationwide coordination

Serving an address you can’t place?

Send the service address and the case information. The city, county, and court are confirmed before the first attempt.

How nationwide coverage works

Intake is open 24/7. Requests are reviewed in the order received; urgent deadlines should be flagged by phone.
